Guidelines have been updated as of June 1, 2022.

Thank you for reading through and adhering to our guidelines as a way to care for our community during this time.

Facilities Guidelines

Over the past two years, our. elders and leadership have regularly monitored and assessed the local status of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve consulted with medical professionals and tracked local data on cases, transmission levels, hospitalizations, and deaths. We’ve also made it our practice to follow the local CDC guidelines for mitigation strategies. We encourage you to be informed about the steps to take to best care for yourself and others.

We want you to know that we’ve spent much time in prayer and conversation, and have taken very seriously our call to be faithful and responsible.

The CDC COVID-19 Community Level for Allegheny County is currently High, and the corresponding guidance is that people wear a mask indoors in public. We recommend that people with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 remain home and participate through any of our online options. We encourage those who are in close contact with at-risk populations to be mindful of how they interact with those populations.

For our worship services, we will maintain the option of a fully masked and distanced seating section in the sanctuary. Masks and hand sanitizer are available throughout the facility.  For those who prefer a smaller crowd with greater spacing, we invite you to consider attending the 5:00pm service. Those who choose to worship from home may join via livestream at 10:00am, or at any time during the week via YouTube.

As always, should the local situation and/or guidelines change in the future then we will update our guidelines accordingly.
