Worship Coordinator – Collaboratively plan Bellefield Worship Services in order to create an edifying experience of worship. Coordinate the required elements and staffing for Sunday and special services.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Lead Pastor and Worship Leaders weekly regarding service content and directional goals
- Contribute creative ideas for service elements
- Coordinate and schedule all the required non-musical elements of worship services
- Recruit and train greeting teams
- Use worship service planning software to invite and remind all involved with the service
- Be a member of the Worship Team (Council)
- Encourage and appreciate volunteers and foster a sense of community within teams
